Steve is the head trainer/strength coach at Trinity. Steve is a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USA-W). He recently received his Masters in Exercise Science at Merrimack College after completing his undergraduate years at Springfield College. Steve’s experience includes assisting at The Citadel Military college in athletics, and working at gyms in the Westchester and Boston area, specifically with numerous professional and collegiate athletes. Steve is a former lacrosse and football athlete who enjoys all forms of exercise. His main exercise interest for himself and his clients is functional training which carries over into everyday life. Steve’s interests include traveling, cooking and any sport or activity.
